Terms of Service

What PostWire does, what you are responsible for, how tokens and billing work, and where our liability ends.

Last updated 11 August 2026

01

The agreement

These terms are between you and PostWire. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you are confirming that you can bind that company.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.

02

What the service does

PostWire runs content pipelines. You configure sources, instructions and a schedule; it fetches material, generates a script and voiceover, renders a video, and publishes it to the social accounts you connect. You choose whether each run publishes automatically or waits for your approval.

The product changes as we improve it. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something you depend on, or make a change that materially reduces what you are paying for, we will tell you in advance.

03

Your account

Keep your credentials secure and your email current. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by people you give access to. Tell us at support@postwire.ai if you think someone else is using it.

04

Your content

Your content stays yours. That covers what you put in, such as sources and instructions, and what comes out, such as scripts, voiceovers and finished videos. We claim no ownership of either.

You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, process it, send it to the model providers that generate your video, and publish it to the accounts you selected. That permission ends when you delete the content or close your account.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you feed in. Material pulled from a third-party source may be owned by someone else, and it is on you to confirm you can use it before you publish.

05

Acceptable use

Do not use PostWire to produce or publish:

  • Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or anyone's likeness or voice.
  • Content that impersonates a real person or organisation, or that is presented as authentic when it is synthetic.
  • Harassment, hate speech, threats, or content sexualising minors.
  • Misinformation about elections, health or public safety.
  • Spam, or bulk output whose purpose is to game a platform's recommendation system.
  • Anything illegal where you or your audience are.

Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, work around token metering, or access another customer's data.

Automating publication does not exempt you from the rules of the platform you publish to. A pipeline you set up and left running is still your post.

06

Connected platforms

When you connect a social account you also agree to that platform's own terms, and you must keep to them. Their rules on automated posting, disclosure of synthetic media, and content standards apply to everything PostWire publishes for you.

Platforms control their own APIs. One can change its rules, rate limits or access at any time, which may delay or prevent publishing. We will work around it where we can, but we cannot promise any particular platform stays available.

07

Generated output

Videos are produced by AI models. Output can be wrong, biased, or unintentionally similar to existing material, and the same pipeline can produce different results on different runs. Review before you publish. Review-first mode exists for this reason and is the default.

If you turn on automatic publishing, you accept that content goes out without you seeing it first, and you remain responsible for it.

08

Tokens, plans and billing

  • Tokens. Generation is metered in tokens. Each step of a run consumes tokens at a rate that depends on the models it uses. Your balance and a full ledger of what was spent are visible in the console.
  • Plans. A subscription includes a monthly token allowance. Unused allowance expires at the end of the billing period. Tokens bought as a top-up do not expire while your account is open, and allowance is always spent before purchased tokens.
  • Payment. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves you access until the end of the period you paid for. Prices may change with at least 30 days notice.
  • Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise. If a run fails because of a fault on our side, the tokens it consumed are refunded to your balance automatically.
09

Availability

We aim to keep PostWire running and to schedule maintenance considerately, but the service is provided as available. Runs can be delayed or fail because of upstream providers, platform outages, or faults on our side.

10

Suspension and closing your account

You can close your account at any time from the console. We delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other customers at risk, or is significantly overdue on payment. Except where a breach is serious or we are legally obliged to act immediately, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.

11

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, PostWire is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that generated content will suit your purpose.

12

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or the consequences of content published through the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13

Indemnity

You will cover us against claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from content you published through PostWire, your breach of these terms, or your breach of a connected platform's terms.

14

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law where you live.

If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing something is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it as part of a sale of the business.

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will tell you by email or in the console before they take effect. Continuing to use PostWire after that means you accept the new terms.
